Internship in Fine Arts Administration
Untwelve will host up to four graduate students in music and/or fine arts Administration as interns gaining working experience in the programs of our organization including concerts, listening events, board of directors meetings, public relations and advertising. These internships are offered to encourage aspiring music directors, fine art coordinators, and/or administrators of non-profit organizations to develop a greater understanding of their role and gain hands-on experience in Fine Arts Leadership opportunities.
Specifically, we have the following needs:
- An intern to help us complete a 501c3 application and processing
- A public relations expert with knowledge of Chicago music venues and someone with fresh, creative ideas about venues for our series
- A general administrative and/or secretarial position.
Eligible persons should be:
- Enrolled in an College or University in a fine arts program
- Able to provide time commitment over a semester-long or year - long program
- Recommended by a faculty member from your department
Interns will be provided a complimentary one-year membership to untwelve concerts and events. Selected interns will be responsible for their own transportation.
