Archetypi from the Latin plural of Archetypus is a word of Greek origin having the meaning of "image" and more specifically "the original model". The piece was conceived in three movements, each of these is derived by another specific piece. Each of these pieces has the function of archetype ie idea in itself remained unchanged. Archetypi is precisely the immutable idea that has become, that is, the unchanged idea in itself became a phenomenological reality and is thus changed in its transition state from concept to space-time dimension. The piece concern geometry and arithmetic with regard to the orchestration and arithmetic as regards the harmony and formal organization. Unlike traditional orchestral pieces "Archetypi” is designed for 35 soloists in order to have a reconstruction of the harmonic spectrum with his harmonic partials, this also allows to use every timbral possibilities. Composer bio:

He Graduated in Master's Degree with 110/110 and honors in Composition and Jazz. He studied at the Conservatory of Music"Alfredo Casella" in L'Aquila and Hochschule für Musik in Mannheim. As a bass player he has played with some of the most important national and international festivals of jazz including: Villacelimontana Jazz Festival, Atina Jazz, Tuscia in Jazz, Valsugana Jazz Tour (Trentino Jazz ), Festival Internazionale di Mezza Estate, Suono Italiano 2016 at the Italian Institute of Culture - Istanbul and live on national radio “Radio 3”.
